Our first destination during our field trip is Kamay ni Hesus. Kamay ni Hesus is a religious place where Catholics go to pray and see the huge statue of Christ. There are also stations of the cross in Kamay ni Hesus. By the time that we got to our first destination which is Kamay ni Hesus, we got there by 8:00 am. Upon entering the place, each and every one of us was fascinated by the sacred place and the elongated and far above ground stairs towards the immense statue of Jesus Christ. Upon going up towards the top of the hill, earthy smell is the smell that I sniffed, for it was drizzling that time, for the place was full of trees and different kinds of plants. By the time, I and my other batch mates got to the top of the hill, where the huge statue of Jesus Christ is, we were exhausted and tired, but we were really amazed by the top view of Lucban,Quezon. We can see the different colors of houses, green pastures, and the picturesque view of the whole Lucban, Quezon. At the foot of the statue of Jesus, I said a simple prayer and a wish for it is my first time to go to Lucban, Quezon. After I and my friends took pictures and say a prayer, we went down already. While going down the stairs, we were really careful for the stairs were slippery. We also counted that the number of stairs going up and down in Kamay ni Hesus was 302 stairs.
